At Brunello Cucinelli, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your order within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that:

The item is in new, unused, and unworn condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards are intact and included.

The item has not been altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Final sale, customized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Contact our Customer Care team with your order number.

You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Carefully repackage the item(s) and include the original invoice and RAN.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

European Union & U.S. Orders: Complimentary return shipping is available.

Other International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Returns must be shipped via the approved carrier provided in the return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standards.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize resolving the issue swiftly and at no additional cost to you.
